The Boma Automatic Intelligent Vamp Marking Machine is designed to address the shortcomings of traditional manual marking and screen printing, offering high efficiency. It utilizes a high-definition industrial camera combined with the world's leading visual positioning and image recognition system. The cut pieces can be placed arbitrarily, with large-format imaging at once, automatically recognizing material contours, matching patterns, and precisely positioning the line drawing graphics. Equipped with an
automated loading and unloading device, workers only need to place the cut shoe uppers randomly into the machine. They can either create designs themselves or import pattern templates (multiple templates can be imported and recognized simultaneously). The image recognition system will automatically, quickly, and accurately position and execute the line drawing task. A drying device is installed at the output to accelerate ink drying. The software features a continuous processing mode, allowing loading and processing to occur simultaneously without requiring manual repetitive operations from employees.
